MARACHA, Uganda — Teachers at Koi Primary School sat down with Hon. Balaam and told him that statements made by the headmaster were false.

In a new development, the State House Anti-Corruption Unit has arrested the headmaster of Koi Primary School in connection with the alleged discrepancy in pupil numbers and capitation grants.
