MBALE CITY – The Industrial Division Town Clerk, Mr. Geoffrey Mugisha, has been arrested by the State House Anti-Corruption Unit following a heated public baraza chaired by Hon. Balaam at Mbale Central Market.

The arrest came immediately after vendors laid bare what they described as years of systematic corruption, harassment, and missing market revenue.
